For applying liquid wallpaper on the wall, the wall should be initially primed, remove old wallpaper, word walls must be smooth and clean.

Then take the bucket warm water 30-35 degrees and damp our wallpaper. If there is any color additives, dilutes them first and then our wallpaper.
